Experience and Learnings for me from the Internship at Seekers Base Japan

I have learned a lot from the Internship at Seekers Base Japan, Tokyo. The internship has helped me in improving my leadership skills, communication skills, and confidence level to a greater height.
I think these skills are life-long skills needed to master the art of living and growing in life. I am very thankful to Seekers Base for providing me with this opportunity to excel in all of these skills.

During the Internship, I have been working on India-Japan Partnership Innovation Project and this project has given me a lot of understanding about the India-Japan partnership, collaborations, impact market investments, and innovations happening in both the countries.
Seekers Base is an IT platform that connects Entrepreneurs, Investors and other stakeholders, focusing on social issues from all across the world. So, working with the Seekers Base has given me a lot of understanding about Entrepreneurship skill, knowing about the Investment and working on cross border innovation and the essence of solving the social issues.
We also organised an International Conference titled, “Designing the future of Cross Border Innovation, Impact Makers’ Cross Talk India-Japan” at FCCJ, Tokyo and from the conference, I gained the skill of organizing an International conference and also I gained a lot of new learnings from the eminent speakers from the diverse field.
Working as an Associate Innovation researcher at Seekers Base, I learned the skill of carrying out the research. I write the blog articles and this has improved my writing skill and thinking ability. I have interviewed the CEOs of the Japanese company, academicians and government officers at the Embassy of India and this has helped a lot in excelling and getting motivated from them to achieve big in life.

Apart from all of these Internship work, living in Tokyo is a wonderful experience for me. This beautiful city and the honest, hard-working and punctual people in Tokyo has motivated and helped me in shaping my life in a better way. These learnings from the people and place will help me a lot in shaping the life of the people in my country and the world.

I am very much thankful to my mentor and our company CEO, Ms Kayoko Tsuchiya for her invaluable support, guidance and care during the internship. The words will fall short to express her greatness. She is such a nice human being and one of the best CEOs in the world. I am lucky to have her as my mentor. My deep gratitude, love and respect to her.

My heartfelt thanks to all the members of the Seekers Base family and to the people of Japan!
Namaste!
